Uriel Salas (60 years old) was born in the beautiful city of Cajamarca. When he lived in Perú, he was always invloved in Pollerías (Peruvian chicken restaurants). When Uriel decided to come to the United States, his dream was to start a small restaurant business. Hola Chicken is his dream come true!
Peruvian Food Destination
Implementing the style of cooking in traditional Peruvian markets, we created Hola Chicken! A place where you will find traditional dishes such as ceviche (raw fish marinated in citrus juice), anticuchos (grilled beef heart skewers), and papa a la huancaína (boiled potatoes in a spicy cheese sauce).
